Tap at bar in Scotland. Great flavor, could be stronger, but easy to drink.

Cask at Bexley Beer Fest. Opaque light chestnut. Thin foamy off-white head primarily sticks to the rim. Sour berries. Latent caramel. Light. Thin. Long finish. Decent enough.

Cask at Borough Arms, Crewe. Pours dark ruby with a small cream head and excellent lacing. There’s malts, raisins and parkin in the aroma. In the mouth it is fairly sweet with a creamy texture. Malts are very dominant in the flavour along with dark fruit and toffee and hints of herbs and spice. The malt lasts into the slightly dry finish. This is a decent 80/- beer – but the correct description is an Export not a Heavy (that is 70/-).
