Dorée sur un léger voile sur pointe d'orange, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme au bouquet 'sour' marqué tout en gardant une approche plaisante de barrique, retrouve un léger rétro rappelant d'abricot voire de pêche.
Palais est clairement marqué sur le 'sour' avec des notes de barriques rappelant des pointes de brett avec une touche de sécheresse, fruité sur la groseille à maquereau, petite pointe aigre. Le côté vin blanc est présent, le tout est bien ficelé mais la version finale apporte très peu en terme de nouveauté.

Bottle, 0.375l. Aroma is musty, vinous, dark fruity and woody with barnyard note. Pours clear dark golden color with soft visible carbonation and without any head, only some frogspawn on the edge of the glass. Taste starts with medium sweet malt and tannins, following is vinous, funky and woody with smooth mouthfeel and tart finish. Light to medium body, oily texture and flat carbonation in palate. Happy road...

Bottle. Color: Hazy amber, very thin white head. Aroma: Tart, vinuous, sour white berries. Taste: Over moderate sour, light to moderate sweet, fruity notes of grapes and berries, citrus hints, vinuous white wine notes. Some wood notes. Leathery wild yeast funk hints. Bit dry-ish mouthfeel. Going towards an Oude Geuze. Very low carbonation, medium body. Nice one.
