Bottle, 330 ml courtesy of Zec. Cloudy golden, medium white head. Yeasty, bit fruity, dry bitter finish. Medium carbonation and body.

Bottled 500ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild spicy yeasty nose. Spicy, yeasty, light fruity, touch of pepper with mild yeasty finish.

Tap at X. Misty orange body, white head, tick, lasting. Mild peppery, dusty aroma, lightly creamy, fairly lean, subtle, pretty much a classic little saison aroma. The taste expands on the premise nicely, however, smooth, creamy, soft, dry, peppery from the yeast, some spice, would say coriander's there, but soft and well integrated. Sorachi's basically one of the spices there with its mild orange-woody notes well integrated into the fold. Vaaague tart note near the finish. Well, I have to say, I'm liking this a fair bit fresh like this. Not sure how it'll age or how it'll fare in the bottle, but I have to say I enjoyed this more than I hoped for!
