Had this Saturday 25th January 2025, picked up from the brewery in Domazlice last week, cooking Chorizo, Clams and Feta Chowder in a Tomato Sauce, listening to Mogwai - The Bad Fire. Pours light/mid amber with a mid sized white head. The nose is a little malty with citrus and stone fruits. A touch on the rustic side, bitterness runs throughout, some caramel, nice soft mouthfeel. This is good but a touch rough around the edges.

0.75l glass bottle from the brewery. Deep amber golden colour, mid-sized head. Fruity nose. Malty and slightly yeasty start, herbal-piney and fruity hops with a decent bitterness.

Shared by Motelpogo with Mowbeer and me. Murky dark amber body with a lasting white head. Pellety citric, lightly peachy aroma, some malt. a bit on the Czech IPA side. And yeah... the taste confirms it... lean though, lightly minty peachy hoppy taste with caramel and a light, almost vaguely phenolic bitterness in the finish. Not a terrible beverage but they need to work hard on this one.
