[On tap at the brewery - my 50th Scottish brewery.] A bright pale straw coloured pour with a ring of white head and moderate carbonation; fresh straw aroma; sweet straw taste with a touch of farmyard; and a crisp finish. Not bad.

Keg @ Cold Town, Edinburgh. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. Very basic saison. 160419

Keg at Cold Town. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small foamy white head. The aroma is toasty grain, wheat, bready, light banana, banana foamy candy and cereal. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, green banana, slightly chalky, foamy banana candy, toasty grain, marshmallow, toffee apple and touch of alcohol. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. A bit sweet maybe. Ok.

Tap. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is bananas, slightly peppery, bubblegum. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not really a saison.

Keg at brew pub... Light golden yellow... Small white head... Light floral.. Almost no nose.. Tiny peach nose... Little over fizzy.. Little over cold.. Light dry peach.. Soft peach lemonade.. Tiniest salty Edge

On keg at Cold Town. Appearance - pale yellow. Thin head. Nose - light tang of candied fruits and spice. Taste - sweeter this time. Banana and candied lemon. Some spice again. Palate - tangy and medium bodied. Dry tangy finish. Overall - quite authentic.
