Part of our dark saison from 2019 was transferred to a red wine barrel, with the addition of roeselare blend and dried plums and raisins. The result is a beer with medium lactic and acetic sourness, wine like character, a bit of wood and lovely dried fruits complexity. The fruit addition also increased the abv, which goes completely unnoticed untill it's too late.

Süffiger, dunkel malziger Beginn mit ansprechender Säure. Trocken mit deutlichen Noten von Pflaume, leicht röstig und holzig. Eher schwacher Mittelteil, trocken bleibend, mittellanger Abgang. 10/7/6/8/9/7

Bottled, 0,75l from Mlinarica brewery. Ok,this is complex. Medium bodied and carbonated. Pours dark brown, low beige head, low resistance. Combination of aroma and taste is very good. Lactic sourness, plums and raisins in aroma and taste. Sourness moderate in taste. Dry,tart, wood feeling and wine present. Very good one, balance excellent.

Bottle, huge thanks Hrabren! Murky dark red-brown, almost no head. Lovely plum jam aroma really, tart, fruity, literally plum jam. The most plum jammiest plum jam note I've ever had in a beer! Some trace wood. Lean, dry taste, dried cranberries, raisins, tart, lean, pleasant. This is the tastiest of the bunch by far I reckon, damn good stuff!

0.75 l bottle from Pomalo Beer Store, Zagreb. Dark brown with a reddish tint, minimal beige head. Fruity notes at first, dark cherry, prunes, plum jam, dried fruit, molasses, wood note, cocoa note, vinous, moderately acidic, lacto and maybe acetic. Moderate to heavy sourness, plums, cocoa, wood, slick, creamy, soft. Some phenolic sharpness on the side. Feels plastic at first, citrus zest and finaly taninic. Very good balance, puckering at first, acidic heat in the finish. Dry finish with wood presence. Congratulations.
