A bottle from Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Ogi and Marko with 9rand ta2sting 2021. Thanks Ogi. Hazy yellow, minimal head, some sediment. Spruce tips syrup, lemon, soap, light cheese aroma, herbs such as rosemary. Sweet, lemon candy flavour, herbs again, slightly sour. Medium body, sharp, sticky, soft carbonation, light finish. Spruce tips taking over, a bit syrupy.

Bottled 750ml. -from Goblet Zagreb, shared with Marko & hrabren. Unclear pale yellow coloured, medium sized white head, spruce and juniper in the nose. Tartish taste, juniper and spruce with mild lactic notes. Some cheesy and rosemary touch as well. Interesting one.

0.75l bottle. Murky yellow body, white head. Cheesy lacto mixing with pine and spruce and rosemary, tart, really interesting! Though the aroma is borderline wonky (but still okay), the taste is damn nice, huge pine and spruce-flavored lemonade, Not overly tart, nicely citric that way, ends a bit dull, but this is a genuinely nice beer anyway.

Mad X tasting. Yellow color with medium white head. Light aroma of spruce and juniper,malt, light hops. Taste is light sourish. acetic, funk, very lihght presentation of juniper and spruce. Good, although I would wish more juniper and spruce tips.

Bottle at a tasting, 26.8.2020. Well less spruce and juniper than I would like - actually I almost dont get them at all. Instead there is light flowery elderflower-like character. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-light sourness, only light acetic, restrained funk. Good one. 3,7. Tap at Zil verne. Practically everything still applies. Very good, could use more spruce/pine though imo.
