S pivovarem Madcat, kde už dlouhou dobu vaříme, jsme si střihli kooperační várku. Sladký, jemně kyselý a nekonečně limetkový, přesně jak se na Pastry Sour sluší. To vše uhlazeno kokosem a vyšším zbytkovým cukrem z laktózy. Do piva přišla pořádná nálož čerstvých limetek a 40 kg raw kokosu se Srí Lanky.

Tap via Zil verne. Med-light body, moderate carbonation. Much more lime than coconut, mostly fresh citrusy feeling, moderate sourness, slightly lactic. Has a kinda syrupy sugary sweetness, with just a touch of coconut in the finish. Easy drinking, refreshing, strength hidden well. Could use more coco, otherwise pretty good.

Bottle from BaseCAmp. Misty to murky orange body, some head, gone soon. Pleasant soft perfumey aroma, lime, some biscuity notes, vanilla, coconut. The taste is extremely clean, balanced lime with traces of coconut, well rounded, light, lightly sour, supremely drinkable! Simple, effective, genuinely nice!
