Bottle from Base Camp. Dark brown body, fairly lasting, fairly big off white head. Aroma... wellllll.... infected... sourness.... Taste... infected, sourness, toothrot, some cocoa and vague coconut coming out. Lean... errr.... kept in the fridge since forever, way within the expiry date... not great.

Tap @ Brewpub. Pours Black with a small creamy head. Dusty and ashy with the great malty norbert tmavy qualities lingering underneath. Neither the malts or tropical notes comes to its right. Fairly disappointed cause this brewery would be able to pull it off. Dusty burnt finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, red to black colored. AROMA- sweet cocoa dessert, roasted malts, coffee, resiny, pine, fruity, berries, touch of coconut, touch of citrus. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, roasted malts, citrusy, pine, chocolate, coconut, berries. Light to medium bodied. Very good.
