This delicate beer is a crisp, clean and refreshing German-style Helles lager using Weyermann malt, Mandarina Bavaria and Idaho 7 hops. Mandarina Bavaria brings tangerine and citrus notes while Idaho 7 hops adds subtle tropical aromas with a sticky forest pine and earthy black tea character.

Can from Westhill Station de Service. It clear golden with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh and bright, lovely orange citrus, tangerine, orange blossom, cracker, straw, some doughy white bread and biscuit. The taste is firmly dry, light bitterness, tangerine, orange blossom, orange, straw, grass, peppery spice and cracker with a dry, tangerine finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Nice. Orange citrus character. Crisp, bright and crazy crushable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours totally clear yellow with a mellow, foamy white head. Nice beer, has some pale bread, biscuits, mild grapefruit and lemon rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish, more soft grapefruit, biscuits. Straightforward and highly drinkable.
