Draught Small but very dense stable head over golden-lemonjuice beer. Sulphury nose, as in very active young yeast, grainy. Sulphur again in the taste, if less, and very dry grainy malts. Again all signs of young, still active dividing yeast. The hops are somewhat missing. Light, if very gristslick, high carbonation. Beer needs time!

33cl can from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: medium, white, good retention. C: blonde to pale gold, hazy. A: malty, bready, bit yeasty, nice hoppy, T: medium malty base, light bready, nice hoppy, bit caramel, surprisingly for me contains lactic acid yet good balanced bitterness, nice bit not very for the style but very drinkable, enjoyable for sure.

0,33l from can. 07.07.2022. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells bready, peppery, tobacco, some washcloth, ok smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes tobacco, grassy, earthy, peppery, herbal. Finishes medium bitter notes with notes of pepper, grass and earthy notes. Decent one, rather on the bitter side though
