Bottle, danke für diese Bochumer Spezialität Günther ;-) Light hazy amber with light protein flocculation, low white head. Honeyish malty, light funky estery nose. Medium chewy dry body, fine sparkly. Crisp fruity entrance - apples, apricots, berries. Almond cake, crackerlike finish, aromatic hops retronasal. Nice.

Flascherl: Deep golden, medium-sized and slowly collapsing white head, moderate to solid sweet-bitter caramelly and fruity nose with a mild honeyish touch, delicate but distinctive herbal hops underneath; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; lingering sweet-bitter finish with dried fruits and caramel, increasing bitterness in the aftertaste. Very good...

Mellow malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of honey, gingerbread and peach, whiffs of coriander, cardamom, a wheaty touch. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally bready, pale malty, slightly yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, minimally herbal-grassy, bitter hoppy, hints of honey, gingerbread, some peach, mandarine and orange, whiffs of coriander and cardamom, a wheaty touch; lingering, mildly bitter hoppy and minimally herbal-spicy finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, harmonious - pretty good.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. A bit soapy-moldy. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

Many thanks to HP for sharing! Slightly dry grainy beginning, caramel, smooth yeast with a mild fruity back. Moderate bitter, a bit perfumed, hints of Belgian Ale in the back, but not too intense. Round and mild but a bit neutral finish.
