Bottle at home, courtesy of Koelschtrinker, thanks a lot! Pours copper with an off-white head. Nose is caramel, biscuit and herbal notes. Taste is light bread notes and some caramel, combined with grassy and herbal notes. There’s some malty sweetness to it, but it also shows some surprisingly apparent bitterness. Closes with a bitterish, caramely finish, has a light, slightly crisp body and average carbonation.

33cl bottle. A clear dark amber beer with a big good lasting beige head. Aroma of reddish malt, resinous hops, pine, some berries. Taste of red malt, berries, caramel, resinous hops, spruce. Moderate bitterness.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle. Clear red amber, golden cream. Juicy malt, a bit caramel, dank hops. Medium light dry herbal, light catty on the palate. A bit berry, aromatic hop finish.

Bottle. Clear deep amber color with eggshell head. Aroma is berries, caramel. Taste is berries and caramel, toffee, rather dry in the back, a touch of butter. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Almost refreshing.
