330ml bottle. Cloudy, bright, orange golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Grainy, slightly bready, malty aroma, hints of white bread crust, weak, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of mirabelle, apricot. Taste is moderately bitter, grassy, minimally fruity hoppy, slightly bready malty, hints of white bread crust, a touch of mirabelle and apricot, a very light, tart-ish touch. Watery texture, minimally chewy, crumbly palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite malt dominated, if hoppy then mostly grassy; absolutely style-adequate, I'd prefer a bit more fruitiness - OK.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of pale malt, mild fruity malt, grains. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, pale malt, dry mild spicy bitterness.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before December 2021. Almost clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, some honey, light lemon peel and traces of hay. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral taste of grains, lemon peel, some honey and a touch of hay, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grainy finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Easily drinkable and refreshing, nice 'Kölsch'.
