Wow. Aromas of toast, bread, coriander, pine needles and white pepper. Similar taste, plus some honey. A unique beer that's going down beautifully in Saint John's craft beer bar in Launceston on a rainy Good Friday. I've missed this place since my last visit in 2016.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
2021 version (Eclipse, Cascade, Citra, Mosaic cryo). Clear red with a cm of pale beige head. Aroma of prunes, cooked tropical fruit, oranges, toasted bun. Just a mite boiled lolly-like for me. Quite sweet but very clean with cooked stone and tropical fruit giving way to a little citrus and then a touch of resin at the moderately bitter finish.
