Private import. Thanks to Phil. Subtly caramelized wine aromas with notes of well-dosed cherries spread over a set of complex farm yeasts. Reddish brown and fuzzy it is capped with a small pinkish foam that barely holds. Subtly malted palate with light accents of caramel and chocolate quickly giving way to acetic, vinous and fruity notes. Cherries are present and wild, blending well with the winey and wild side of the product. Fairly well balanced overall except for the malty side which would be better to be more enhanced. Importation privée. Merci à Phil. Des aromes vineux subtilement caramélisés avec des notes de cerises bien dosées s’étalent sur un ensemble de levures fermières bien complexes. Brune rougeâtre et floue elle se coiffe d’une petite mousse rosâtre qui tient à peine. Entrée de bouche subtilement maltée avec de légers accents de caramel et de chocolat laissant rapidement la place à des notes acétiques, vineuses et fruitées. Les cerises sont présentes et sauvages, se mariant bien au coté vineux et sauvage du produit. Assez bien équilibrée dans l’ensemble sauf pour le coté malté qui aurait intérêt à être plus rehaussé. Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy dark reddish purple, very thin pinkish head. Aroma: Tart, cherries, caramel hints. Taste: Over moderate tart, fruity notes of cherry, cherry-pit, wood, tannins, hints of caramel. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Light to moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Nice one.

75cl bottle (6,5%, bottled OKT20, BBF: 29/10/25) from Prik & Tik Dranken Marlou. F: no real, some bubbles. C: copper to brown, hazy. A: a lot of sour cherries, plums, bit woody, bit red wine, lactic touch. T: medium malty base, sour cherries, woody, red wine touch, green plums, lactic touch, soft if any carbonation, rich fruity beer for the style, enjoyed very well.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, barnyard, cherry, almonds, sour, funky, wood, dry, sweet malt, dought notes. --Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Clear burgundy colour, small head. Tart nose with generous amounts of sour cherries. Tart with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Woody balsamic cherries. Low bitterness.
