Bouteille 75cl partagée avec l'équipe de El Birrot - anno 2022, bottled 06/2022, BB 30/06/2027.
Couleur ambre, col fin crémeux blanc-rosé.
Le tout repose sur un agréable caractère des cerises - cela, même avec l'age reste très frais avec ce côté fermenté dans la bière et légèrement funk avec l'acidité prenante du fruit.
Lambic-like funkiness, le tout est sec et râpeux. Le malté est plaisant offrant une bonne base un peu plus dans le cara-grillé mais vite éclipsé par le côté fruité - je note aussi un léger côté fruits secs voire noirs - restant discret mais développé par la macération de ces cerises régionales.

2022. I definitely get the cherries here. Ruby pour without much head. Light tangy finish, then a leave of attic dust. Snally.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet, 6.5%, 2022 batch. Diep roodbruine kleur, dunne vuilwitte kraag. Hint van chloor, hout, redelijk zuur, citroen, zure kersen, balsamico, zure finish. Mist een tikje zoetigheid voor mij. Lichte body.

Bottle at Pigs Ear BF 2013. Hazy deep red colour thin head. Sour cherry aroma. Good in mouth. Not overly sour. Yep pretty good spur cherry beer. Authentic.

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Dark red/purple coloured, small off-white head that went away fast, cherries and whiff of wood in the nose. Cherries, wood, light caramel and light dry sour finish.
