Niemiecki styl piwa o pszenicznej podstawie z dodatkiem soli. W naszej warce dodaliśmy tłoczonego na zimno soku z rabarbaru, który nadaje piwu przyjemnej kwasowości i rześkości. Styl zapomniany, ale powracający na piwną scenę. Dobrze komponujące się z sałatkami, drobiem i ciastami owocowymi.

Bottle. Pours cloudy straw with stable white head. Dry aroma with estery notes. Sour, off flavour with estery notes and malty touches. Acwtic aftertaste. Infected? Not pleasant.

31-01-20 // taster at Braukunst Live! in Munich. Clear golden. Mild sourish in the nose. Minimla fruit. It is sour but medium. Minimal salty. Bottle 0.5l. Clear, gold colored. AROMA- salt, lime, spicy, malt, meadow. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, slightly salty, lime, herbal, spicy, touch of pickles, touch of rhubarb. Medium bodied. Good.

Lane. Barwa żółto-złota. Piana niska, ale gęsta, drobnopęcherzykowa. W aromacie rabarbar i delikatnie jogurtowo. W smaku lekko kwaśne (Bombadil dużo kwaśniejszy). Wysycenie średnio-wysokie. Ogólnie przeciętnie.

Sampled @ Braukunst Live 2019. A clear pale golden beer. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, grapes. Taste of tart fruits, yellow fruits, lime.

Clear golden. Aroma is slight passion fruit mealy citrus pips. Taste is sour melay salty. Low carbonation. Not super fresh. Ok.

Tap. Unclear golden color with soapy white head. Aroma is wheat, gooseberries, yoghurt, rhubarb. Taste is wheat, light peach, green gooseberries, light spices. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Ok!
