On tap at Ile Sauvage, pours a cloudy, vibrant dark red with a small off-white, almost pinkish head. Nose is very tart, with a deep lactic tartness and subdued pithy blackberries to back. Flavour is fruity, tart and lactic, with a deep lactic sourness, jammy blackberries, and some pith. As usual with lacto, the tartness isn't all that complex and deep, and the fruit isn't enough to bury that yogurty character. It's competently made, but that's it.

Purplish colour, some haze, and a fairly thick head. The aroma is a clean fruit juice character with maybe a lychee accent. It's balanced on the palate. Definitely a heavier sort of lactic tartness, as per this brewery's style, but the fruit comes across sweet, and the bright hop lends a really positive accent to this. Solid.

Deep red with a decent white head. Red berry notes. Tart red cranberry and light cherry notes.
