An homage to the west coast brewers that we all admire. A very assertive bitterness that plays wonderfully with the drier finish. Big aroma of grapefruit and candied orange peels along with just a hint of tropical fruit.
Brewed with a very simple malt base that allows the hops to shine. Unfiltered and unfined, just the way we love our hoppy beers.

Can picked up from To Øl webshop Copenhagen Denmark and consumed at home Sunday 16th May 2021 we are cooking Asparagus Cannelloni for tea tonight. Listening to 93 Million Miles From The Sun - Why Do We Fall Apart. Pours dark gold/light amber with a white head. Soft slightly soapy hoppiness, bitter, dry, no real sweetness, furry across the tongue, citrussy, good workout for the tongue. Nice job To Øl this is a good. 3.8 Had this again at Naturcampingpark Isarhorn - Mittenwald, Can picked up from Tø Ol, Copenhagen, Denmark, Friday 2nd July 2021. Pours hazy gold with a slightly sticky white head. Super resinous, pine and lovely bitterness. Lovely streaky citrus, a little furry bite, this is marvellous, 4.0

Hazy golden. Aroma is slighlty farty with peach caramel and a little herbal hops. Taste is minerally sour with bitter herbal hops. Not very balanced. Weird sour finish. Meh. Did i get a bad can?

Can from the monthly club. Drunk while watching Big Trouble in Little China for the first time in... 25 years? Slightly Hazy pour with a great head, dank nose with overripe fruit, wow it smells like a weed farm. Flavor is smooth caramel matched with moderate bitterness and full dankness. Very balanced, great one!

440ml can from To Öl Beer Club. Poured almost clear golden in color with a steady white head. Getting some piney hoppy aromas alongside sweet fruits. Good bitterness that builds, finishes semidry with more pine notes. Could be more bitter perhaps. Good drinkabilty, clean.
