Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, Columbus and Citra add citrus and light tropical fruit taste and a bitterness that is closest to an American IPA. This is our interpretation of American Pale Ale, interesting, bold and complex!

Slight hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grass, green weeds, citrus and fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of Kostas, brewer at Kykao brewery, Patras, Greece and consumed at home Saturday 26th December 2020 🎄 Boxing Day 🎄 now cooking Cannelloni, instead. Listening to Billy No Mates. Pours gold with a white head This is fine but by Kykao standards it's a little below par, hoppiness is blunted, a little dusty and taste is very middle of the road, light fruity, unexciting.

bottle from supermarket starting with a, near mega synka, outside platanias (forgot the name). dark yellow, small white head. mild soapy and milky aroma, almost notes of egg white. flavor is milky, dough, decent close to flavorless bitterness, also a little bit of flowers and some pine. mild tasting apa with some fairly weird notes like perhaps milk or bubblegum.

4/7/2019. Bottle shared at Brew Str, Athens. Pours pale amber with an average size white head. Aroma of piney hops, fruit, malt, flowers. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry resinous bitter finish.

Bottle at home, picked up in Athens, 22/04/19. Hazed golden amber with a well presented lasting off white head. Nose is bitter orange, caramel, toasted malts, light breads. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, light pine, grapefruit, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Ok easy drinking pale.

Bottle [from Euro Swap 2018-3 thanks to Rouhlas] @ home. Clear dark orange color, medium to full sized a bit rough white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is lovely fruity, tropical fruits, lightly resin. Taste lightly malts, fruity a bit, again resinous and nicely bitter. Yeah I like it!

330 ml bottle at home. Almost clear dark orange color with off white head.Malty and hoppy aroma, citrusy fruity, grapefruit, grass, dank grassy notes, pine, bread, caramel. Light sweet moderate bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
