Based on posters of that time it seems that it brewed interesting traditional German beers! Sadly they sold out their name to the devil...
As a tribute to that brewery we created a German lager but we tweaked it using our handcrafted craziness!
Full of noble hops, it's a lager with an actual bitter aftertaste! The Rye provides a tiny bit of extra spiciness and a proper body to a brew with only 5% ABV!
Our first brew that will be sold only in and around Patras!

Magus, linnaseline, brettine, mõrkjas, humalane. Võiks täitsa viisakas olla, kui seda bretti poleks. Okish.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is spicy, a bit earthy, almost vegetal, but not quite, some hopspice too. Taste is the same, really edgy on the spice side. It seems this is intended and not a fluke. Soft mouthfeel with soft carbobation. Interesting!

Bottle, thanks Fin! Lightly hazy pale golden, white head. Flowery, Sea-buckthorn, lychee, minerally - very interesting aroma. Medium to light body, mellow, lightly flat body. Grainy malt notes, the speciality grain (?) is there, edges, leafy, citrus, quite the character, very interesting and drinkable.

Had this Thursday 25th February 2021, listening to Tom Ravenscroft sitting in for Steve Lamaq on 6Music, Loz is cooking a Spaghetti Bolognese. Pours yellow gold with a white head, a tiny bit of sediment in suspension. Spicy on the nose and in the mouth, a little nod towards Pilsner, I even get a little grapefruit, dry, crisp, pushing the boundaries much like the Ganstaller last night. Am I falling in love with Helles (*hoppy)
