A wild IPA, fermented with both Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces strains. The base is an East Coast IPA but the brett addition made it pretty dry. Fresh it's got a light funkiness in the nose but dry hopped with massive quantity of hops masks that quite a bit. Aged it will unfold a beautiful funky brettiness so choose your timing correctly!

Bottle from the nearby Patras liquor store. Red gold with a moderate head. Citrus mint iced tea nose, really this awakens Lipton sun tea from my childhood. The flavor is a slightly dank West Coast piney/tropical hop flavor, but with super sour dry bretty funkiness. Maybe a wee bit too sour for my tastes, but otherwise a very interesting combination!

Bottle picked up from the brewery and consumed at Kalianna Apartments, Lefkada Town, Lefkada, Greece, Wednesday 16th September 2020. Pours orange gold with a white head, Brett is subtle on the nose, a little more forthright in the mouth, buzzy bitterness, citrus, pithy and with a pleasant zippy edge. This one starts slowly but steadily improving with each sip. Really nice.

0,33 l bottle from Melete Craft Beer Bar, Rhodes. Murky dark golden with a more than one finger white head. Hopy tropical fruity smell. Taste is also tropical hopy. Malty backbone, low brett in the background. Little bit dry. Not bad but expected more.
