Forbidden Fruit: Raspberry used Hornidaal Kveik & Lactobacillus Brevis to create the gently soured base, which was then fruited with over 500g/l British Raspberry. The result is a bright pink, refreshing sour beer.

Bottle shared with and courtesy of Grumbo with ITFCDan. Aroma of sour raspberry, tart and herbal. Raspberry tart finish. Unfortunately it did not open really well and gushed for a long time over the top of the can. The look of the beer was also a bit bitty. This let it down a bit.
