9/3/2023. Bottle bought at the brewery tap. Pours almost clear dark orange brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, soapy, caramel, pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily, soft carbonation.

Bottle from the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, hops, fruits, little butter and has a light bready finish.

500ml bottle, drank at our AirBnB in Dorset. Clear amber appearance, white froth atop. Comes across quite old school in its IPA ways, with a nice honey like floral sweetness. Quite bitter and rugged tho. Ok.

Bottle from Salt Pig Too, Swanage. Suprisingly sweet caramel aroma. Some grass. Copper coloured. Foamy off-white head. Light-medium bitter. Gains bitterness. Grains. Quinine. Low key spice. A hint of sour berries. Marred by a buttery seam throughout. Light bodied. Slick if thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish. Basic and flawed old school UK IPA.
