Sample (thanks fonefan). Deep copper colour with minor head. Aroma is sour berries, some wood and some acidity too. Flavour is acidic, some wooden, mild berryish and some berries as well. Smoothly balance.

Can 0.33l from trade with Camons, huge thanks! Production 25.5.2020. Cloudy, copper to brown colored. AROMA- sharp, strong barnyard, red wine, dark fruit, plums, cherries. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, slightly bitter, funky and farmyard, a bit sharp, red wine, sour cherry, plums, touch of spicy hops. Medium bodied. Very tasty.

Can from Tidens Farve @ Michaels. Pours hazy dark reddish brown with a light brown head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, little brett, wet wood, oak, little red berries. Flavor is light sour, malt, yeast, little brett, wood, oak, little red wine, berries. Medium body, soft / flat carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 260921

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Vinegary nose with black cherries. Citric with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar, oak and dark berries. Some citric acid, notes of butter. No bitterness.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, sweet malt, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dark malt, caramel, wood, funky, sweet malt, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210429]

33 cl can. Pours clear and golden red, off white head. Earthy, wooden and fruity aroma. Dry, mild fruity, earthy. Mild sour. Dry, sour, slight bitter. Lingering fruity, dry and sour finish.
