750 ml bottle. Color is hazy gold, thin head. Aroma is organic wildflower honey, mild yeast, and a very mild ok. The flavor is mostly the same. Mild funky oak, hints of Brett, and again organic honey. Soft carbonation level. Yeah, ok

Odd vibe going on here like you’re sitting in a room with a girl you’re dating now and a girl you slept with before. Abhint of smoke and some grapefruit peel. Some honey.Doesn’t come together super well. Tap at Sovereign.

Tasting at SF, corked
Cloudy pale blond color. Funky aroma, some manure. Good body strength, spicy astringency like a French farmhouse cider, bold bitterness; balanced.
Excellent.

Bottle - Light funk and some yeasty notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Light candy citrus and nice bit of funk. Refreshing and decent.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is expressive on moderate brett funk, a touch of honey, and some oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of oak, funky brett, some earthiness, and a touch of honey. Oaky, funky and crispy. Carbonation is medium-high, with an earthy, funky character. Very good.

Hazy blonde. Thin head. This has a bit of brett, but also some pedio and a little bit of floral character. Taste of brett, wood, still pedio. There’s still some sweetness there, maybe with a touch of florals. A bit funkier than I would like, in terms of pedio and yeastiness.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow from a bottle. Big funky grassy lemon aroma has a hint of cheese to it. Flavor starts with some honey, then moves to grass and finishes with bread dough. Very weird, the honey just adds to the unfinished bread aspect. Okay beer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. A funky cheese nose. The flavor is big honey, grassy, herbal. Ok. A bit odd.
