Lys gyl lett tåkete med flyktig hvitt skum. Lukter epler, honning og ananas. Lett. Smaken kommer sent. Sursyrlig. Epler og noe pære. Middels lang.

Very pale green. Some tart and slightly buggy apples. Light cinnamon spiciness. Good straightforward cider.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, crisp apple skins, and funk. Flavour is funky, with wild yeast, crisp apple skins, and tart apple core. Not the most complex or refined but it works OK.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2018, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Extremely pale greenish-yellow colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Fairly nice aroma of apples, possibly also pears. Hints of damp basement and sulphites. Light bodied, medium dry flavour with some acidity. Not the best apple varieties used here, I suspect.

Flaska från SB. Vintage 2017. Blek spökgul med vit krona. Torr, stram, blommig med toner av vatten från blomvas, vita druvor, vit persika, ljusa päron. Torr och lätt, väldigt mycket fräschör och lättdrucket samtidigt som jag kan sakna lite mer smak och tryck. Lite mer syrlighet eller fyllighet. Blir kanske väl platt, om än törstsläckande.
