On cask with Dad and Pauline, Hop Wright Inn, Heanor, Derbyshire Tuesday 2nd April 2024. Pours mid gold, superb clarity, slim white film, perfect balance of sweetness and restrained bitterness, nice light honey tones, gentle but ever present hoppiness, light citrus. Super beer, superb condition.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours chrome yellow with minimal off-white head. Not much of an aroma, just some generic citrus notes. In the mouth it starts off sweet with flavours of grains and pine. Fairly quickly though comes a massive does of floral hops to swamp everything, though citrus notes can still be detected. Finish is quite bitter. This is OK.

Hand-pulled pint at The Wrekin Inn, Wellington Shropshire on 20th September 2022. Light golden body, clear and bright; on top a decent white head. Citrussy feel to the nose and taste, nothing strong or over stated, just an easy drinking beer.

Bottle from real ale store, Newark. Deep ruby colour with a light tan head. Caramel and nutty aroma and taste. Medium to fizzy body. Ok.
