A hazed blonde saison with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid notes, light cereals, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, berries, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. Bottle at Festival des Bières de Laval 2024.

Draft: Poured a yellow color ale with a small white foamy head. Aroma of funky ester and funky brett notes with light tart notes. Taste is a good mix of funky ester notes with some brett notes with some tartness and light lemony notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable funky beer with balanced flavors and a refreshing lemony finale.

Murky pale blond colour. Some funk, but also a lot of doughy yeast. The flavour is similar, also some lemon; moderate acidity.
It's ok.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of wild yeast and oak, followed by rustic saison yeast—also some phenols unfortunately. Flavour has a lot of wild yeast, oak, pineapple, rustic yeast, and unfortunately again a bunch of phenols in there. Finishes wild, citrusy, okay, rustic, and phenolic. This would be great without the phenols—needs cleaning up as is.

750ml (thx, Alex M.!) on Phill's deck. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: funky, barrel, band-aids, maybe some manure, lemony. Taste: along the same lines, super carbonated, fermented veggies. Overall: it's weird, but quite good.
