Can. Clear, deep amber body under a big, creamy beige head. Aroma has malt, caramel and a little nutty touch. Taste is sweet, silk smooth malt, toffee and luckily just a tad of coconut. Balanced bitterness. Nice creamy feeling body with a pleasant aftertaste. A nice, sweet, smooth brown ale. I was a bit afraid this would end in a silly, pastry, coconut mess but the coconut flavor is just enough and not messing up anything.

Ultramørkebrun / svart. Lavt tett skum med litt farge. Tynn teppelacing. Lett karamellaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken karamell, knekk & tørket frukt. Ekstra tørr avslutning. En utmerket brown ale.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. A covering beige-fawn head blanketing the glass, deep dark brown body. Attractive roasted smell, cocoa powder and caramel malts. Well blended taste of cocoa-chocolate, caramel, and a hint of smoke. Roasted malty ending, some coffee impact to it. Warming and a pleasure to drink. (Tromsø 01.06.2021).
