Personajul nostru ne-a învățat că pentru a obține cea mai bună bere trebuie să amesteci masa și lumina, astfel încât să extragi o cantitate suficienta de energie. Odată, pe când se afla în America, a aflat însă că se înșelase pe de-a întregul. Atât de mare i-a fost mirarea încât, aflându-se în fata unei camere foto, a scos limba, fără sa-și dea seama. Așa il recunoaștem cu toții.

Smell-weak hops, faint malt. Foam-weak hops, bitter tones. Head is medium sized, white slight brown tones. Sticks. Appearance-brewer bottle cap with Romania on bottle. Somewhat interesting, label with Einstein. From-pint Taste weak hops, weak grass, some malt. Quite hoppy and bitter. Nothing special.

Small yellow head, fast gone over clear amber-chestnut beer. Coloured malts, other grains, dark grains, hints of chocolate and caramel. Sweet-ish, hints of oxydated malts, old cookies. Faint bitterness that is woody and bready. Chestnut flour. Feels better bodied than it probably is. Quite (grist)slick. Rather low carbonation. OK, nothing special. Txs to Stef!

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, straw, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210320]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt hops, nuts and has a sweet caramel finish.
