Bottle 0.33l, trade with Camons, thanks René! Almost four years aged. Lightly cloudy, red to black colored. AROMA- bourbon, wood, dark chocolate, cocoa nibs, slightly sour cherry. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, lightly bitter, warming, bourbon, sour cherry in chocolate, wood. Fuller bodied. Very good.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Very deep brown, close to black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is peated, some toasted, mild earthy and a wee bit wooden and vanillaish elements. Flavour is smoked, some roasted malts, mild wood and some earthy tones.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Near black, small head. Oaky nose with licorice and aquavit. Mid dry with medium to full body. Licorice, some coffee, some oak tartness and spicy aquavit. Peppery warming finish.

ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted - dark malt - sweet malt, bourbon, vinous, oak. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, vinous, roasted - dark malt, sweet malt, bourbon, wood - oak, yeast, medium dry. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, fimish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20210512]

Bottle, 10%. Good vanilla aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour has a good vanilla note. Good sweetish vanilla note. Warming and burning alcohol note.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, licorice, wood, hops and has a nice roasty chocolate finish.

Bottle @ Christers. Pours clear dark brown with a small tan head, light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, light caramel, wet wood, light spice, bourbon. Flavor is light sweet, malty, light tart wet wood, light fruit, oak, bourbon, little alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish with some warming alcohol. 020720
