Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus and orange. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, caramel, orange and citrus finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

440ml can from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Shared with lmojoh and Finn. Low white head over a misty warm golden body. Crocheted lancing to the glassware. Aromas of peaches, wheat, and citrus. Well balanced hop fruity taste, stewed fruity of plums, peaches and nectarine. Lingering, semi-dry fruity ending, warmth from the alcohol. Heavy stuff, but good sipper qualities. (Tromsø 09.06.2021)

Can. A hazy one, golden in color, with a small with off-white head. Fruity-sugary sweetish aroma with pineapple, peach, grapefruit and some orange marmalade. It's full-bodied, warming and nicely carbonated, with lots of fruity flavors. Peach, pine cones, pineapple and some orange in the flavor, with some caramel hints, alcohol and fruit-caramel. Lasting finish. A bit too sweet this one, but quite nice. 210502

Can. Slightly unclear reddish golden body under a fine off-white head. Aroma of malt, peaches and apricot with hint of pine. Taste is sweet and smooth malty with peach/apricot hop flavor and nice, distinct bitterness, a bit sharp edged alcohol but not really in a negative way – it just amplifies the imperial part of the beer. Fine body and long lasting fruity and bitter aftertaste with a slightly boozy ending. Nice, classic old school IIPA that handle the high ABV without any cheap tricks.
