Apparently designed to be put in a clear bottle. A weird notion but it does look pretty. And if the hops are minimal does it still remain a saison? Bought on faith. Pours red with a cm of pink head that retreats to the rim after a while. First glass is clear, second is not. Aroma of raspberries - hairy, sweet, tart. Maybe there's a little funk behind. More body than I'd guessed, quite fizzy. Huge raspberries flavours with a rumbling jamminess , vibrant flesh, a little tartness. There's a little bread and a little bitterness but not a whole lot other than the berries. Tidy brief dry finish. You'd want to love raspberries, obviously. Went well with stinky goat's cheese, Roquefort and Comté but if you have cheese from another animal, give that a burl too.
