20/10/2022. Draught at The Sporting Globe x 4 Pines Brewing Co, The Promenade, Sydney. Pours clear pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is light, tropical, sweet malts. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness. Light body, quite fizzy.

Bottle. Last of an Aldi mixed pack. It's hung around a bit but still has a best before of 11/21. Still, I wonder whether it's quite right. Gold, huge white head. Aroma is modest with grain, weeds, lemon. Thin, rather empty. Some grainy and weedy touches but it's quite dry and has little bitterness. Just a dust cutter.

Schooner on tap at Brighton-Le-Sands RSL, NSW. Pours a hazy Amber with a solid white head and high fine carbonation. Nose of malt and slightly sour grain. Medium body, some lacing. This is the same as 'Furphy' and 'Frothy', more interesting than the macro's but not much. Bland but easy-drinking.
