Can. Moderately cloudy pale gold with a fluffy white head. 3+ Slightly shy aroma of grapefruit or pomelo rind, some pine, light bread, hints of tropical fruit. Dryish with pretty light malt that nonetheless has a little character and lusciousness beyond being a mere platform. Layers of citrus with soft and delicate notes under sharper ones. Some resin towards the finish thats on the high side of moderate. A hop blend that works really well (Idaho 7, Motueka, Simcoe, although I guessed Simcoe and Enigma before I read the label) and a fine IPA.
