Bottle. Malty aroma with a hint of toffee. malty toffee flavor with hints of milk and anis. Clean mouthfeel. Low on hopbitterness, as you might expect, but a well made helles.

Bottle. Hazy yellow, offwhite creamy head. Green leafy Hops, a hint catty, medium body mellow mouthfeel, light grainy malt, grassy, somewhat metallic Hops, falls a bit flat.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is cardboard, sweet grains. Taste is sweet grains, a touch sulphur, sugary. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. It has a bit of a macro touch.

50cl bottle. Pours clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of pale malt, straw, mild hops. Taste of grain, pale malt, mild hops, boring!

Vom Faß im Bräustüberl, Weißenburg (15.4.2015). - Goldgelb, klar; üppiger Schaumberg. - In der Nase ganz feiner, aromatisch hopfenwürziger Hopfen mit zart blumiger Note. - Antrunk mild hellmalzig und leicht malzsüß. Der in der Nase festgestellte Hopfen hält sich anfangs sehr zurück. Durchschnittlich rezent, schlank, weich im Mund. Erst im Abgang kommen ganz milde, leicht zitronige Hopfenanklänge auf, die das Bier gekonnt abrunden. - Sehr rundes, malzbetontes Helles, sehr dezent aber aromatisch gehopft und sehr süffig. Klassischer Vertreter seiner Art, wesentlich besser als Augustiner Hell und andere hochgelobte Großbrauereienbiere.

Thanks to Martin for this bottle! 0,5l, best before 16.03.15. Süßlich-süffiger Antrunk. Mild und leicht getreidig. Der Hauptteil ist süßlich-getreidig, typisch für ein Helles. Zum Nachgeschmack kommt eine leichte Herbe hinzu, mild-weich mit deutlicher Perlage. Der Nachgeschmack ist leicht getreidig-süßlich, leicht herb und sortentypisch. Lecker und süffig!

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some mild notes of honey and saltwater along with some slightly bready notes. Flavour is grains, honey and some sweet maltyness.
