0.33 bottle in Munich. Reddish Amber with light head, mild haze. Malty neutral aroma. Full caramel on the flavor, lightly hopped. Nice malt character, I dream of a wheat field drying in the late August sun.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Brau-Manufactur Allgaeu Braukatz Pussycat ].Clear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, malt extract, sugary malt, malt bitter. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sugary malt, caramel, caramelized malt, sweet malt. Bottle. Hazy orange color with creamy off-white head. Aroma is herbal, sweet caramel, rather sweet in the nose, sugar icing. Taste is bready, toffee, herbal hops, honey, not too sweet. Oily mouthfeel with rather high carbonation. Quite good!

Rerate from fresher bottle: Pleasant fruity hops this time around, good balance, light caramel, chewy, juicy notes. Quite drinkable, glad I tried it again. Old rating: 6 3 6 2 10 Bottle. Cloudy orange amber, golden cream. Spicy herbal aroma, reminds me of bog myrtle, caramel, light fruit. Medium light body, fizzy, a bit Kefir, berry, anise/herbs, light hayish malt, quick finish, a touch fruit retronasal. Anonymous.

Gourmet-Flascherl: Deep golden coloured, small and stable off-white head; mild sweetish caramelly-toasty nose with a certain fruity touch and an even milder herbal background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, not overly soft; slightly lingering sweetish fruity-caramelly finish with mild hoppy traces. Nothing wrong with it, just a bit boring...

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a quickly diminishing off-white frothy head. Slightly toast-malty nose with bready notes, caramel and slightly fruity-tart berry notes in the back. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Slightly bready malty taste with notes of caramel, subtle fruity accents and herbal hoppy spice; moderately sweet malty and slightly hop bitter finish with notes of caramel.
