Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano impressioni di miele, frumento, frutta secca, resina, agrumi e banana.

On tap at Sapore. Cloudy golden with small white head. Grainy, some vague banana, sweetish, bland and bit thin.

Tap at sc bevande Recoaro. Very color, partially hazed, creamy white head. Yeasty nose. Aroma is wheat, grains, bread, dough, yeast. A metallic thing in the finish. Taste is sweetish, slightly tart, weak. Finish is dusty vaguely citrusy.

Appearance: Foggy straw yellow with a beautiful & stable snow-white frothy head. Aroma: Wheat malt, banana, floral notes, distant leather. Taste: As describes above. Light sweet. light grassy bitterness. Hoppy ending Mouth feel: medium minus body, average carbonation. Summary: OK.

Bottled. Hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head Aroma is banana, some minerals as well as some yeasty and mild coriander tones. Flavour is bananas, some yeast and mild earthy tones.

Bottled 500ml. -from Pam supermarket Bologna. Unclear yellow/pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild lemony wheaty nose. Wheaty, yeasty, light lemony and touch of caramel with discreet coriander presence. Light sweet finish.

Bottle 330ml (Al Barattolo, Trieste). Slightly cloudy golden colour, small white head. Aroma has banana and coriander. Light-bodied. Semisweet for Witbier, overriped banana, light spiceyness. Crisp finish. Flavour is quite hefeweizen-like. Ok.
