Bottle from Italy at a supermarket. Lightly hazy yellow gold, some banana notes but overall quite a mild nose. flavor is very creamy, a bit sweet, no big failure - quite nice!

Trübe hellgelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, würziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, leicht fruchtig, deutlicher Koriander. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit aktiver Kohlensäure.

(bottle 0,33l) Overall: Just ok witbier. Aroma: Lemongrass, orange, light coriander, light wheat. Appearance: Hazy yellow. Minimal, white head. Taste: Medium sweet, wheat malt, light spicy. Palate: Light-medium body. Ligth sweet finish.

Beim betrachten des Bieres im Glas hatte ich Assoziationen zum Kronenbourg 1669 Blanche. Allderdings hat dieses Bier noch mehr Trübstoffe und einen noch hefigeren Geschmack nach Sauerteig und auch einige fruchtige Aromen nach Pfirsich und Johannisbeere. Dadurch ist es sehr süffig und mild, ohne wässrig zu wirken. Besser als mach frankophones Bier.

In einem Restaurant in Rom Farbe - milchig gelb, wenig Schaum. Aroma: Hefe, etwas sauerlich, Banane, würzig. Geschmack wie Aroma, noch etwas Koriander.

Bottle.Milky yellow, white lace. Big banana, light green skin, estery clove notes, medium light body, lightly foamy, unripe banana peel, some spice, minerals, chalky, candy cane finish.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is huge banana, cream, light minerals. Taste is banana cream, cheesecake, a bit thin-bodied, a bit chalky. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Ok.
