Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear amber with a small, off-white head. Thick caramel aroma. Fairly solid malt bill, again very caramellish with a little late hops. Very well made, sort of a mini Bock. 031212

Bottle. Clear dark amber with a frothy head. Aroma is slightly smoked caramel. Flavour is dark sweet with a dry tart finish.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, June 2012 (SfHOdense). Pours clear amber with white head. Caramel, grain and hay. Sweet and nutty nose. A bit of dust. Slightly thin.

The official Odense sunny Thursday evening in June monster tasting event. Hazy amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with sweet toffee notes. Sweet malty flavour with toffee and a bit of hay.

50cl bottle, swingtop. BBE 12/2011. Poured amber color with a frothy, lasting white head. Very grainy, slightly bready aroma. Very similar flavor. Solid märzen, quite enjoyable.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ PBF 2011Clear medium to dark yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, toasted, caramel, sugar. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110702]

Bottled. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, wood, mild earth and herbs. Flavour is quite much the same with some slightly sweet almond notes.

Bügelverschlußflache: Clear, amber coloured, stable medium-sized off-white head; caramelly-toasty nose including nutty traces, backed by distinctive aromatic hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and really soft; well balanced hoppy and caramelly finish, nuts showing up again.
