Bottle, bought @ Schwanen Keller. Golden color. malty bready, soft grassy aroma. Malty sweetish bready flavor with grassy and nutty hopbitter notes, prolonged in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Hazy brown-amber color with beige head. Aroma is cheap cooking chocolate, basil, earthy, dried tomatos. Taste is tomato, earthy, herbal. Fatty oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Weird, very weird, and probably a bad bottle.

Bottle. Chestnut, golden cream. Slightly strange sweet herbal aroma (basil). Medium full chewy. Fairly oxidized, roast, rye bread, sundried tomato strong caramel, light soapy. Weird, appareantly Not one for the ages. Would like to try it fresh.

Pours dark amber color. Malty nose. Full-bodied, pleasantly malty with hints of caramel and roasetd malts.

Bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, Karamell. Geschmack röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht würzig, fruchtig.

Dense, fine, medium, beige head, some lace over deep chestnut-coloured beer. Dryish, earthy nose, leafy; only faintly bready and suggesting little or minimal sweetness. Bit cola-like, and soapy aromas too. Dry bitterish, leafy and earthy, with faint hints at roasted caramel in the background. Pretty impressive, also regarding balance. Some yeasty-bready flavours going around. Medium bodied, slick, but still refreshing. Quite good. Excellent Märzen - rare this kind.

clear brown, small white head. mild aroma, slightly malty, slightly caramelly. flavor is malty, caramelly, slighly sourish, syruppy sourish. doesnt taste well.
