Dorada nebulosa de bonita espuma blanca de buenas retención. Aroma cereal notas cítricas. Muy agradable es boca de suave textura Y carbonatación perfecta. Muy buen sabor equilibrado con base agradablemente malteada, y contrapunto más seco y con notas de bollería y naranja y mandarina.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy head. Bread and some slightly floral and citrussy notes in the aroma. Grassy hops, bready malt and hints of lemon in the taste. Refreshingly dry finish.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, and consumed at home Wednesday 22nd February 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music, warming up a Spaghetti Bolognese. Pours hazy yellow with a white head, nice bite but also a little sweetness. A little dryer than expected, a decent bitterness and hoppiness throughout, citrussy, good.

Diamant, hergestellt für Josef Langwieser, Flasche vom Brauer in Egelsee. - Dunkleres Goldgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase warm brotig-karamelliges helles Malz und frische, leicht exotische zitrusfruchtige Hopfung. - Antrunk satt und kernig brotig hellmalzig mit viel Butter, ähnlich einem böhmischen Bier, frisch und knackig zitrusfruchtig und grasig gehopft. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang solide grasige Bittere. Pilstypischer langer Nachtrunk. - Prachtvoll aromatisches, sauber ausgereiftes Bier, eher ein Zwickelpils als ein Allerwelts-Helles. 50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a big white head. Aroma of sharp grassy and gently spicy hops, pale malt. Taste of sharp spicy hops, some grassy hops, grainy malt, moderate bitterness. High carbonation.
