This Sour a la Mode is jam packed with an obscene amount of black currant & plum and then crumbled up with our choice cobbler treatment of granola, brown sugar, cinnamon, lactose, and vanilla beans for that fresh out of the oven flavor we just can’t get enough of.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Premier Hop. Pours unclear purple-red with some floaties and a fading, foamy pink head. Medium sweet flavour, properly jammy, jots of berries, blackberry, blueberry, nips of cinnamon, slight tartness, some vanilla, raspberry, cherry. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Sweet finish but not cloying, more rounded berry preserves, cinnamon, some granola sure. Really fun. Pretty bonkers. Impressively drinkable.

From a pint can. Pours a murky purple with a pinkish head. Aromas of pit fruits. Flavors are slightly tart and mostly sweet plum and currant shake. Darn tasty stuff.

Granola, brown sugar, cinnamon, black currant, plum, malt, and fresh hay aroma. Murky ruby red and small purple head. Very sweet granola, cinnamon, brown sugar, plum, black currant, malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Full body - nicely blended.

Pours a deep, reddish-purple, with minimal head. Aroma is brown sugar, cinnamon, granola, tart currant and plum. Flavor follows. Really does taste pretty similar to a cobbler made with these ingredients.
