750ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mild, herbal-spicy and funky, unspecific fruity aroma, hints of rosemary and mint, white grapes, dissolved grape sugar, floral overtones. Taste is tart-ish, slightly dry, herbal spicy, minimally funky, fruit and sugary sweet, initially with dry notes of mint, and a touch of woodruff, later with a touch residual sweetness, hints of grape sugar and a touch of rosemary. Very nice composition that works well in the nose but reveals signs of unconnectedness and disharmony in taste, a predominance of minty dryness at least. (This might be / might have been different at different stages as Kemker beers change considerably with ageing.)

Bottle at a tasting @ Koelschtrinker's place. Smooth mild fresh beginning. Hints of Saison-sourness, funk. Herbs are there, not too intense. The yeast is very dry, the funkiness round and refreshing with a herbal bitter funky aftertaste. Nice Saison, but I miss the typical herbal aroma I expected from the ingredients. Nice and sessionable funky dry though with a grainy aftertaste.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle from 'Biermuda', best before June 2018. Minimally hazy, golden yellow with a large, fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, floral, moderately fruity and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, hay, dill and some pineapple. Slightly sweetish, a bit sourish, moderately fruity, floral and a bit spicy taste of lemon peel, pineapple, dill and hay, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, fairly dry and quite spicy finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice, but I don't dig the spices in this one.
