Like painters mix colours for their art, we did the same in our profession. Our farmhouse cider was the canvas. We blended in some of our Aoltbeer. Furthermore we let it age one local dmason plums for even more fruitness and grip.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy light golden. Dry apple peel, soft funk not in a super dirty barnyard way but more subtle, leathery, plums, cinnamon, light earthy. Light sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied, medium dry. Nice.

375ml bottle. Hazy, orange golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head, some yeast chunks float around. Funky yeasty, fruity aroma, notes of red apple, plum, lots of funk. Taste is vinous fruity, funky yeasty, some residual sweetness, notes of apple, red apple, plum, baked apple, some lactic tartness.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation.
Rich, intense - very good.

Bottle, 375 ml shared with Miro B, Max and Zec. Hazy orange with minimal white head. Fruity, apples, juicy. Moderate sourness. Dry. Medium bodied.

0,375l bottle at home shared with a friend. orange murky color, small white head. some floaties. smells apple ciderish, grassy, tobacco, wood, bit funky, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of apple, pears, berries, grapes, citric, grassy, tobacco, light funk, light spices, some hay, cinnamon. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, pears and light funky and oaky notes. very very nice one, lovely balance, sooo smooth. gets a very nice cinnamon note once warmer. lovely 7, 4, 9, 4, 18

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Grumlig gyllenrosa vätska utan skum. Mjukt syrlig ciderliknande doft och smak. Trevliga plommon- och äppelsmaker. Mycket gott

Kemker Tasting live: nice cider. Nice fusion of Apples and Plum. Lots of fruits and a nice acidic palate. Longest finish of the set, yet.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 15.02.2024) im 2021-04 getrunken. Diese Bier kommt orange/leicht rötlich daher. Die helle Schaumbildung ist recht kurzweilig. Die Nase und Gaumen zeigt sich eine deutliche Fruchtsäure und das Aroma der Äpfel und Pflaumen. Wunderbar!
