Ein Klassiker der Wiener Braukunst, unsere Rezeptur für den Wiener Raum. Wiener Malz gibt diesem Bier seine bernsteinartige Farbe und eine zarte Karamellnote. Die feine Hopfenblume, die wir für dieses Bier im Sudhaus einsetzen gibt diesem Bier sein cremiges Mundgefühl. Ein vollmundiges, aber trotzdem erfrischendes Trinkerlebnis. Tap at the brauhof, Vienna. Prominent fruity aroma. Very lively with deep amber gold. Not much to write about flavour but clean. Nothing negative here for a style that sometimes comes across as too thick..

Eingetrübt bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig mit Karamell, getreidig, hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Tap at the brewpub. Murky dark orange-red body, off-white head. Bit fishy floral aroma, minerally, yeasty. Yeasty malty taste, caramelly, cookie touches, no bitterness. Would probably work if it was filtered, and less flat.

Tastes bready, grassy, tobacco, light marzipan, earthy. Finishes medium bitter with notes bready, tobacco and earthy notes. Nice one, good to drink 7,4,7,3,13
