Der Rodauner Strizzi, die unfiltrierte Bierspezialität der Rodaunder-Biermanufaktur ist mit seinen 11,5° Stammwürze / 4,7% Alkoholgehalt eine etwas leichtere Interpretation des Stils Wiener Lager.
Im Glas in leuchtendem Orangerot liegt der Strizzi mit seiner feinen Malzaromatik geschmeidig am Gaumen.
Wiener Lager wurde ursprünglich im 19. Jahrhundert zum ersten Mal vorgestellt. Diesen Bierstil in unserer Interpretation eingebraut ist ein Beitrag, um regionale Spezialitäten wieder mehr erlebbar zu machen.

A tasteful and classical wiener lager, a way to brew beer that it is not existing in Switzerland. This one is refreshing, bready, mineral, dry malt, smooth and metalic, a bit fruity, classical hop for lager at the final. 29.05.20

33cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a off-white head. Aroma of reddish malt, nuts and caramel. Taste of dry caramelized malt, hazelnuts, red malt, moderate bitterness.

Bottle at Beer Store Vienna. Pours amber. Aroma is sweet, some butter, some acetone, malt. Flavor follows the nose. Feels watery. Overall: drinkableish.
