Bottle. Poured a clear orange color with a large white head. Aroma was funky brett, grapefruit. Light malt, touch of grain. Funky, delicate yeast. Pleasant stuff.

750ml bottle pours a mostly clear orange with a big cap of white head. Nose has oak and Brett and grapefruit, some malt or cracked grain. Flavor is well balanced with Brett and grapefruit. Really nice yeast character. It works well with the grain bill. Basically dry, medium full bodied. Really well balanced.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice funk character, with plenty of oak, white pepper, a touch of leather, and gentle acidity. Flavour has plenty of white pepper, great barnyard funk, gentle acidity, and oak. Really super blend, finishing funky and peppery. Excellent.

750ml bottle pours out pale straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice funky tart cheese some musty basement and a lemon citrus zest. Taste is more of the nice funky oak bugs and a little zest.

Bottle pour at Arrogant Sour Festival 2019. Cloudy golden, white head. Heavy barnyard and manure, lots of funk, citric, some fruit, barrel. Medium acidity. Great.

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. Yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. Smells Funk, wood, earthy, peppery, spices. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, funk, citric, grassy, peppery, wood, spices. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of pepper, earthy notes and spices. Nice one, rather peppery and wood forward, not that convinced by the balance 7, 4, 7, 3, 16
